SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are the amount payable for delivery of the item ordered. You can enjoy free shipping for orders above Rs. 1000, however we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 for orders below Rs. 1000. Delivery charges are shown in your Cart while placing your order and will be automatically added to your total amount payable.

Delivery Timeline (Outside Mumbai Orders)

Standard Overnight Delivery will have an average delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. However, this is subject to change based on a variety of factors such as availability of the product, holidays, delivery location etc. In such cases you shall be duly informed of the delay in shipping. Standard Over Land delivery is for products in excess of 2 kgs in weight and has an average delivery time of 7 to 8 business days. Please note that business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. If you wish to have the product delivered earlier please contact us regarding the same. Please note that in such cases there might be an additional delivery charge.

Hidden Costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)

Prices listed on the website are inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges (Rs. 100 for orders below Rs. 1000) shall be directly added to your cart at the time of placing the order and will be clearly shown.

Unserviceable Areas

If your area is unserviceable for delivery or CoD we shall notify you of the same. Should the latter occur you can make a payment through our payment gateway or cancel the order as per your convenience.

Cash on Delivery (CoD)

CoD service is the option of paying the price of your order at the time of delivery of the product. Availability of the CoD service is limited and not available in all areas. Incase we are unable to provide you with COD (which is quite rare) we will call and inform you and you can pay online through our payment gateway.

Availability of Products

Product availability depends on various factors. Each product shall be shown under any one of the following statuses –

  • In Stock - It means that the product is currently in stock with our Vendor and can be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Out of Stock – It means that such product is out of stock. Vendors usually take longer to get fresh stock of such products.

RETURNS POLICY

Return is applicable under following situations:

  • Item was defective/expired at time of delivery.
  • Item was damaged during the Shipping.
  • Products was / were missing.
  • Wrong item was sent.
  • Refund will be process through the same online mode in 10 to 15 working days.

Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases. Points to be noted:

  • If there is any complication with a return request, Buyer can file a dispute by contacting us on founders@snacked.in
  • We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
  • Buyer need to raise the refund request within 10 days from the date of payment realization. Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting Us, we shall process the return. The Buyer must return the shipment first, only after which he/she will receive the replacement. Upon acceptance of the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the Buyers account.
  • Further for returns being made by Buyer to the Seller of the product, should be "New, Unopened & Un-spoilt".
  • If the product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money. Shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne and incurred by Us.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being damaged in shipping, defective item, item(s) missing, wrong item shipped and the like.

Buyer is asked for "Reason for Return". Among others, the following are the leading reasons:

  • Shipping was damaged.
  • Item was defective.
  • Item spoilt on Arrival.
  • Item(s) were missing.
  • Wrong item sent.

Upon acceptance of the replacement request, Buyer shall be required to return the product to Us and only after return of the product, We shall be obliged to provide the replacement product to the Buyer. In case we don't have the product at all, we can provide the refund to the Buyer and Buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the purchase of a box at any time before the cut off times relevant to your delivery day by visiting your orders page and selecting "cancel this order".

Cut-off times may vary in the approach to a bank holiday – however we will advise of changes to the cut off times in our FAQs page of the website the week before a bank holiday. Cancellation must be by the website www.snacked.in. You remain responsible for ensuring that any such change or cancellation is not only transmitted by you, but received by us, in time for the deadline.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, for any or no reason whatsoever. One reason that we may do so is if we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions. If we terminate your use of our service as a result of a breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions, such termination would be immediate and may be without notice.
