We’d definitely suggest double-checking if you've used a different email address to sign up, such as a work or secondary email address. If this doesn't fix the problem, please do get in touch and we can help.
Not to worry! Request a password reset email and we’ll have you logged in soon. If the email doesn’t make it to your inbox we’d suggest checking your Spam or Junk Mail folder, in case it has ended up in there. (Adding our email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your Contacts or Safe Senders list can help prevent this from happening in the future.)

You can update your email address from your account details page. You can find this page by clicking your name in the top right hand corner of our website, and then clicking the My Profile link. Just enter your new email address on the next page and hit ‘update your details’. All done!
You'll find a link to unsubscribe from snacked emails at the bottom of each email we send.
If you’ve got an account with us, you can choose which emails you receive and which you don’t. You can do this by logging in to your account, and going to your notification preferences page. Just untick the boxes of the emails you don't want to receive and ‘save changes’.
There’s a few things that we’d recommend checking:
- Is the email address on your snacked account correct? If you’re not sure or if you need to update it, just go to your account details page.
- Have you unsubscribed from our emails? You can double-check the emails you’re signed up to receive by going to your notification preferences page.
- Are our emails in your Spam or Junk Mail folder? If this is happening, add our email addresses to your Contacts or Safe Senders list to stop it from happening again. Our email address is: email@example.com

For orders below Rs. 1000 there is a flat shipping rate of Rs. 100. Enjoy free shipping on orders above Rs. 1000.
Your snacks should reach within 3-5 business days after you place the order, if not sooner! If the week has gone by and no snacks – Call us ! Email us! Shout out to us! We’ll get on it ASAP ! Your hunger is our priority!

Sure if we haven’t shipped it out yet you can cancel your order for store credit !
When you sign up for your Snacked account, you get to choose your taste preferences on the Snacked Bubbles. This allows us to cater snacks specifically curated for your taste buds ! Another way are the snack ratings which let us know what you like and what you don’t like. After you receive a snack box you can go to your account and rate each snack you got – bin, like and love. It’s how we choose the snacks in each of your next boxes (except for our set selections and some of our limited editions).
You get to select from of our 4-snack boxes, like your variety box, protein box, flapjack box or light box.
By default each snack in this range is rated ‘try’ which means it might be included in your box. You can change this to ‘like’ or ‘love’ (if you’d like to receive it more often) or ‘bin’ (if you don’t want to receive it).
You can start rating from your account and you can change your ratings at any time.
We prepare and pack everything that is Snacked in the Snacked kitchen ! For other brands they come from their own specially created, wonderfully artisanal, sometimes homegrown, sometimes small manufacturing kitchens which are made with love ♥ ! Rest assured we guarantee whatever we send out is safe, is pure and is wonderfully delicious.

Our portion sizes have been carefully developed by our nutritionist Mihira, to ensure that you can enjoy a satisfying and nutritious snack. The best way to track portion control is to study the nutrition facts of the snack (always written at the back) – or its easier you just follow Mihira’s 6 badges which tell us how much and what is good to eat.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our snacks, we’re not able to offer a refund for any boxes.
We have lots of different boxes in our range, which have different prices. Starting from the basic at Rs. 299 for a one time box. As you subscribe for longer periods it keeps getting cheaper (hint hint)

Most of our promotion codes are signup offers which means they can’t be used by existing snackers and can only be used one per account.
We accept VISA, VISA electron, VISA debit, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express as well as Cash on delivery (though there is a charge for it: Rs. 50/order).
No, we are a curated online marketplace where we bring to you India`s finest gourmet artisans on a single platform. We do not stock products. When you place an order, your products are packed at the respective store and shipped directly from each chosen store to your preferred address. With no stocking, we ensure that you get the freshest product and in the shortest possible time.
We aim to have your order delivered in 3-5 days. However, sometimes bank holidays, rough weather conditions or vendor supply shortage could affect the time, but this would be very rare !
If you choose products across brands/stores, then each store will pack its respective order and send it to you separately. All food products come directly from their respective store to your doorstep, without any aggregation/repackaging in between.
We take care to package your products appropriately to ensure that the order is received in the best possible condition. Hard corrugated boxes and bubble wrap/crushed paper are generally used to pack the original packet from the vendor. In select cases such as chocolate being shipped in warmer months, we also try to use enhanced packaging for temperature control.
We have tie-ups with India`s best courier delivery services. Your order is picked and delivered directly to your doorstep by the representatives of our reputed delivery partners.
Our partner brands ensure that the products are at their freshest while being packed. This ensures the longest possible shelf life for the order. Our intention is that you should have enough time to consume your product at the estimated time of delivery.
The final price for your order has the following components: - Price of the product inclusive of the applicable VAT/CST - Service charge for costs incurred towards, packaging, shipping, etc inclusive of the applicable service tax @14%
You can pay for your order using your Credit or Debit cards or Net Banking. Payments are processed using our payment gateway partner, PayUBiz.
If you would like to order larger quantities of any product, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will service the same at the best possible bulk quantity prices.
Our shipping partners service most accessible pincode locations. While confirming your order, you will be asked to enter your pincode and the system will further process the order based on eligibility of your pincode.

We have fixed days where we ship out our boxes this is to ensure that you receive your boxes on time and promptly. Our days for shipping are Monday and Thursday, please allow 2-4 business days for your box to reach you. For example, if you order a box Thursday-Sunday (before 3pm Sunday) we will ship out your box on Monday. If you order Monday-Wednesday(before 3pm Wednesday), your order will ship out on Thursday.
